From the Daughter:
I made Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf. Tastes OK, but will be doctored up next time I make it. The bread was not as sweet or flavorful as I would have liked and lacked spices; such as, cinnamon, nutmeg, or cloves. The original baker prepared this with a heavy cream, sugar, and lemon glaze which is why I think the bread is not very sweet.
