The Daughter and I made a one skillet stir-fry last night. She wanted some for lunch so we made another pan BEFORE going to school for her lunch. It was super easy, boil pasta, add vegetables (we used greens, pepper, and a little onion), steam slighty with garlic and other spices, make sauce (we did peach butter with water and cornstarch added to make it thicker) stir sauce around in skillet, allow to thicken, add everything into skillet, mix. TA-DA. She was still on time.
