….as in French for black, pâtes noires. We tried out the black bean pasta from Trader Joe’s. Of course I ned more color, so I added the tri-color pasta.
We used tomatoes from a local farmers’ market, they were SUPER sweet. The tomato sauce was a lovely deep red, we added chickpeas for texture.
Arugula added some green, and parmesan is garnish.
