Trial
The second Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake Trial (trying to duplicate Cheesecake Factory recipe) happened tonight. There was an extremely hyperactive 3 y.o. running around a kicking a ball through our apartment, stressing out The Daughter. On the cheesecake front: it looked messy but tasted very good, we almost have a match.
